TweetFacebookUnreal Estate took a trip across the Atlanticto film one of the seven wonders ofthe world.

In reality, they were in Esperance taking shoots of Kim and Jillian Beale’s extraordinary choice in garden ornaments.

The local couple have installed a replica ofStonehenge in their backyard, and on Tuesday nightthe rest of Australia will see the enormity of their project.

“I was expecting someone had invested a lot of money in building a giant Stonehenge in their backyard because that’s the type of show this is,” Unreal Estatehost Cam Knight said.

“I wasn’t expecting less; I didn’t think it was going to be a miniature version –Iwas expecting them to go to the whole way and they did.”

Like the other properties featured in the Channel NineTV show, Esperance’s Stonehenge is known for it’s uniqueness.

Attracting tourists to it’s humble home on the Southern Coast, the monument hasn’t skimped on size or quality.

It was a massive labour for Mr and Mrs Beale dragging all the carved stones from thequarry across the road and setting up the ancient monument in the back paddock. But it’s paid offbig time.

When WA’sStonehenge isn’tattracting numerouscurious tourists, the local couple spend their downtime sittingon the lowest “fallen” pillar and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine whilewatchingthe sunset overtheir cattle farm.

“It’s actually quite exceptional because it looks like what it was before it turned into ruins as well,” Knight said.

“Hespent about $150 or $200 grand on it as well –you could have spent that money upgrading your house to be an awesome house.

“But they thought: ‘No, I don’t want to fly to England –it’s too far. I’m going to build this here’.”

Unreal Estate airs on Channel Nine at 7.30pm on Tuesday.
